Not a lot of people are aware of how to care and maintain them, so we put together this guide with some do's and don'ts.
Modern ovens are fitted with heat deflectors, however we can also fit heat deflection strips if required.
For new installations, always fit a heat & moisture shield above dishwashers to prevent doors coming into contact with concentrated steam.
Never allow concentrated steam (e.g. from a kettle) to be released directly underneath a vinyl wrapped door.
Doors must not be fitted any less than 750mm above a hob and extraction doors must always be opened whilst the hob is in use.
Never use appliances that generate heat, such as a toaster, directly underneath a vinyl wrapped door.
Never allow a vinyl wrapped door to become saturated with water.
